Terms & Conditions:

1. Eligibility:
   • Participants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
   • Participants must be legal residents of St. Vincent
   • Employees, agents, affiliates, and immediate family members of Going Places Travel or any of its partners are not eligible.
2. Entry Period:
   • Entries will be accepted from Nov 24, 2025 through Dec 24, 2025. Any entries received after the deadline will be void.
3. How to Enter:
   • Participants may enter by visiting our offices to book travel or send/receive MoneyGram during the promotional period. One entry per person unless otherwise stated.
4. Prize Details:
   • Prize consists of a roundtrip InterCaribbean airways flights, 3-night all-inclusive stay at Bel Jou Hotel (adults only) and airport transfers.
   • Prize is non-transferable and has no cash alternative.
   • Personal trip expenses are not included.
   • Winner must have a valid passport
   • Any accompanying guest (“plus one”) must also be 18 years of age or older and have a valid passport.
   • Travel must be completed by the date specified by the sponsor; blackout dates may apply.
5. Winner Selection:
   • Winner will be selected in a random draw on Dec 29, 2025 from all eligible entries received during the entry period.
6. Winner Notification:
   • Winner(s) will be notified by phone/email within 5 days of the draw.
   • Winner must confirm acceptance of the prize within 3 days of being contacted.
   • If a winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within 3 days, is ineligible, or cannot meet the travel requirements, Going Places Travel reserves the right to redraw and select an alternate winner at random from the remaining eligible entries.
7. Redraw Rules:
   • A maximum of 2 redraws will be conducted if initial winner(s) cannot claim the prize.
   • Each redraw winner must also meet all eligibility requirements and agree to the terms and conditions.
8. Publicity:
   • By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to the use of their name, photo, and/or likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
9. General Conditions:
   • By entering, participants agree to abide by these official rules and the decisions of Going Places Travel, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the promotion.
   • Going Places Travel reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the promotion in the event of unforeseen circumstances or events beyond its control.
   • The winner is responsible for contacting Going Places Travel to arrange their travel dates with a minimum of 60 days’ advance notice. All travel is subject to availability and blackout dates. Failure to provide adequate notice may limit available options.
10. Limitation of Liability:
    • Going Places Travel and its affiliates are not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from participation in the promotion or use of the prize.
    • Going Places Travel is not responsible for airline delays, cancellations, or changes impacting travel.
11. Privacy:
    • Personal information collected will be used for the purpose of administering this promotion and in accordance with Going Places Travel’s privacy policy.
