Key responsibilities:-

Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in a marketing role
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills
- Proficiency with social media platforms (e.g. Constant Contact), and basic graphic design (e.g Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Familiarity with digital marketing best practices
- Ability to manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail
- Passion for travel and storytelling
- Ability to travel internationally, reliable transportation, and a valid driver’s license

We are looking for a skilled and proactive IT Support Specialist to join our Bahamas team.
The position would be a great match for someone with at least three (3) years of practical experience in IT support and a strong grasp of different technologies. The ideal candidate will be confident in troubleshooting a wide range of hardware, software, and networking issues. Primary Responsibilities:-
- Identifying and resolving hardware and software issues, including those related to operating systems, applications, and network connectivity problems
- Delivering technical assistance to end-users through in-person assistance, phone support, or through remote support tools
- Installing, configuring, and maintaining desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT peripherals
- Supporting a range of technologies such as Windows, Microsoft 365, networking tools, and remote support software
Requirements:-
- A strong working knowledge of the Windows operating system
