MoneyGram Customer Service Representative (St Lucia)

We are looking for a customer focused team player with experience taking and being responsible for cash and who can adhere to strict compliance policiesto fill the position of MoneyGram Customer Service Representative. When you join Going Places Travel, you are joining a global company renowned for its dynamic and supportive culture.

Key responsibilities shall include the following:-

  • Perform send and receive cash transactions for clients.
  • Complete all functions related to servicing MoneyGram clients, including reviewing and authenticating identification documents prior to completing transactions, verifying the customer’s source of funds as required, maintaining a daily log for the cash received/disbursed to accurately balance cash throughout the day, and completing cash replenishment and verifications.
  • Respond to customer enquiries via face-to-face, phone and/or email mode.
  • Comply with requirements of the Regulatory Body and anti-money laundering regulations and use established policies and procedures to accurately process all MoneyGram transactions.

Interest candidates must have a strong and professional customer focus with the ability to interact and be sensitive to a broad range of cultures and soci-economic backgrounds.
