What dates does the festival take place?

The St. Lucia Jazz & Arts Festival 2026 runs from April 30 – May 10, 2026. Your package stay dates can be selected within the festival period, based on availability.

What hotel is included in the package?

All packages include an all-inclusive stay at Bel Jou Hotel in Castries, Saint Lucia.

What does “all-inclusive” cover?

Your all-inclusive stay includes accommodations, meals, beverages, and hotel amenities as provided by Bel Jou Hotel.

Are festival tickets included?

Is airfare included?

Airfare is not included in the package price.

Are airport transfers included?

Yes. Roundtrip shuttle service between the regional airport and Bel Jou Hotel is included.

Is transportation to festival events included?

Yes. Shuttle service to and from official Jazz & Arts Festival events is included in your package.

What is the tour credit?

Each package includes a tour credit (value varies by length of stay) that can be applied toward select excursions in Saint Lucia. Details on eligible tours will be provided upon booking and are subject to availability. 

Each guest may select any eligible tour. If the selected tour exceeds the credit amount, the remaining balance will be payable by the guest. If the tour is priced below the credit value, the remaining credit may be applied toward an additional eligible tour, with any difference payable if applicable.

Unused tour credit is non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

What spa experiences are included?

• 5-night packages include a 30-minute spa experience per person.
• 7-night packages include a 1-hour spa experience per person.

What is the starting price based on?

Prices are per person (USD), based on double occupancy or single occupancy. See price tab

What are the deposit, payment, and cancellation terms?

A deposit is required to confirm your booking: 1 night per room for the 3-night package and 3 nights per room for the 5- or 7-night package. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to arrival.

Cancellations made more than 7 days before arrival will receive a full refund of the deposit, while cancellations made within 7 days of arrival will incur a 50% charge of the total stay. No-shows will be charged the full stay, and early departures will forfeit 50% of the unused nights.
