The Blue Lagoon

Over on the Eastern side of the island is where you can find the famous Blue Lagoon attraction. This attraction is a favourite especially to families and honeymooners who are captivated by the panoramic, turquoise blue waters, and lavish foliage which surrounds the area. The lagoon can be visited by the nearby Monkey Island’s boat, kayaks or bamboo rafts.

Restoration Village Farm

You should also check out the Restoration Village Farm. From the 36 acres of lush mountainous farmland, stunning scenery, mouth-watering foods, enjoyable hikes and breath-taking waterfalls, this farm has everything! This eco-friendly tour is the ideal place to learn about the cultivation of plants and crops. The water falls also have a wading pool where visitors are all excited to spend time cooling off after the tours.

Blue Mountain Peak

You should also try visiting the highest mountain (7,402 feet high), at Blue Mountain Peak where visitors enjoy hiking and birdwatching. On some good days, the island of Cuba can be spotted from this mountain. If visitors are not relaxing, enjoying both views of uptown and down town Jamaica they are taking a tour of Blue Mountain coffee production, which is considered to be some of the best coffee in the world.
