I became a travel advisor because I enjoy helping people experience the world without the stress that usually comes with planning. I like knowing I can take the pressure off and make things easy and enjoyable.

My favorite trips to plan are relaxing getaways and family vacations—anything that helps people unwind and spend real quality time together. I want my clients to feel calm, cared for, and confident that everything is taken care of.

One trip that stands out was for a family who hadn’t traveled together in years. Seeing how much they enjoyed it and how everything came together reminded me why I do this.

Outside of work, I spend most of my time with my family, relaxing, or recharging in my own space. My dream trip would be exploring Europe and Asia—somewhere rich in culture, food, and scenery.

I love meeting people and learning about places I've never been and the different cultures from my clients and also the little treats they bring me. It's exciting seeing how much the travel industry has changed over the years.

Elizabeth or 'Liz' as she known by her clients, has been in the travel Industry from 1986 and she loves traveling and meeting new people. Some of her hobbies include reading, tennis, dancing and learning about different cultures.

Ellen loves when her clients come to see her at the office. She is even more elated when her clients are happy and have had an enjoyable travel experience.  Ellen loves her job and she is fully satisfied with the work she does. Every day she is still learning new things to meet her clients’ needs and to satisfy their interests as they travel around the world.  Ellen realizes that nearly as good is insufficient, and in order to do the job, she must be better. She has been a travel advisor for the past 17 years and in spite of the industry’s challenges, she is very dedicated and loyal to the job by her continuous commitment to the clientele.

Ermalou enjoys being in the travel industry and being a member of this team has allowed her to grow personally and professionally. After spending more than a decade working in the industry, Ermalou knows what truly drives travelers and vacationers.  She enjoys meeting people, decorating and traveling in her free time. Ermalou is also very passionate in helping and interacting with her clients.

I mostly enjoy being able to meet all of the customer's expectations for all of their travel needs, no matter the what their request maybe.

Kayla has been with the team for over 20 years and her passion for travel continues to influence her career. Kayla’s knowledge and expertise has helped many clients enjoy a seamless travel experience. She takes great pleasure in assisting clients with their travel arrangements.  In Kayla’s free time, she enjoys exercising, reading and watching television. She loves offering a variety of itineraries and customizing them to suit each client.

I enjoy traveling to new places and learning their cultures. I love the excitement it brings when helping others to plan their dream vacations or just a getaway to relax.

Kristy’s love for the travel industry started at a very young age. She is very outgoing, loves to meet new people and is a veteran in the travel industry with over 16 years experience as a Travel Advisor. Throughout her experience, she has accumulated a wealth of knowledge and experiences.  She does an outstanding job assisting her clients in planning memorable vacations. Kristy is happy to share her expertise and create an incredible experience for you.

My career began as a ground stewardess, and after September 11, I transitioned to become a travel advisor. For the past two decades, I have thoroughly enjoyed both traveling and assisting clients with their travel needs.

I am calm cool and collected. I love taking on challenges of new and exotic places. Some of my hobbies are reading and watching TV.

The first thing that inspired me to be a travel advisor was my love for travel and dealing with customers. I love to see the smiles on their faces once they are satisfied. I love planning Caribbean cruises and trips to Montego Bay. I want clients to be satisfied and feel happy about their travel with my help.

A cruise I planned for a married couple — they called back and said they were so excited and enjoyed their cruise. I love booking cruises for my clients.

In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my son and going to dinner. My dream trip is to go to Hawaii.

Yvette has been in the travel industry for 28 years. She started as a receptionist and subsequently trained to be a Travel Consultant after two years.  Yvette now has a diverse clientele of corporate and leisure clients and she is always eager to assist clients with travel arrangements.  No travel arrangement is too big or too small for Yvette.
