Job Opening: Marketing Coordinator - Nassau, The Bahamas

We are looking to hire an experienced Marketing Coordinator to help us grow. This person will develop and execute marketing initiatives for The Bahamas offices.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with the team to develop, execute and maintain a comprehensive marketing strategy to foster engagement and growth
  • Collaborate with strategic partners to create mutually beneficial marketing campaigns that drive agency growth
  • Create brand awareness through direct communication, social media platforms, meetings, and other relevant marketing platforms
  • Coordinate with the marketing design and content teams to generate digital and print advertising material that connect with target audiences
  • Lead the creation and execution of internal and external promotional events
  • Manage email, website, and social media channels to engage with customers and answer questions
  • Monitor and analyze consumer behavior metrics to assess the impact of marketing initiatives and make adjustments to achieve marketing goals

Requirements:

  • 2+ years experience in marketing or related field
  • Experience in managing social media platforms and executing successful marketing campaigns
  • Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills with an eye for storytelling and ability to adapt according to marketing style, and application
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Working knowledge of design programs (Canva) and a strong aptitude for editing web content using Joomla
  • Proficiently use search engines, web analytics, and business research tools
  • Creative thinking and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Outstanding organizational skills and ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong sense of urgency and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
