Tour Itineary

Day 1: You'll be picked up from the airport and driven to the kingly Casa Gangotena hotel. The first night in Quito is yours to enjoy and explore the city on your own.

Day 2: Enjoy lunch on the pool terrace and take some time to relax and familiarize yourself with the Pikaia Lodge's environment and facilicies. we recommend stretching out your legs on the 3.5 km (2.17 miles) of trails or taking a dip in the swimming pool!

Day 3: Embark on a full day yacht cruise where you can choose between hiking or snorkelling. A lunch buffet is served while the yacht sails to another island for an afternoon of exploration.

Day 4: Depending on the season and climate conditions, you can choose from a variety of activities. You may want to spend the day exploring the area's beaches and volcanic craters, looking for giant tortoises, or visiting an organic coffee farm in the highlands.

Day 5: Hop aboard the Pikaia 1 Yacht for another full-day excursion. Today you'll sail to Barolome Island, besides a wonderful lookout, this island boasts one of the area's larger penguin populations!

Day 6: After breakfast - and perhaps one last dip in the pool-you'll fly back to Quito for you outgoing international flight. We hope you had a wonderful journey! Adios!
